• You can buy one of our portable buildings with cash, check or credit card. You can order a portable building or storage shed either in person or over the telephone. When you place an order, we ask you to pay 50% down, with the balance due at the time of delivery. If you wish to enter our rent-to-own (RTO) program, read the "Disclosures" under Sales Info (in the menu to the left) and fill out our "Rent-to-Own Application." All RTO customers must make the monthly payments either with a credit card or by direct deposit.

   
• We deliver our portable buildings and storage sheds with a zone pricing system.  Zone 1 covers a circle up to 30 miles from Perkins, Oklahoma, including Stillwater, Morrison, Glencoe, Yale, Drumright, Cushing, Chandler, Wellston, Guthrie, Mulhull, Orlando, and Perry.  Zone 2 delivery reaches 80 miles to Ponca City, Fairfax, Cleveland, Sand Springs, Sapulpa, Bristow, Prague, OKC, Kingfisher, Enid, and Tonkawa.  For distances over 80 miles from Perkins, we add $2.50 per loaded mile.
