Bought my storage barn from Better Built Barns in Perkins Oklahoma, and couldn’t be happier, superior construction with quality material, still looks as new as the day I bought it 9 years ago, and it has been moved three times. If you are looking for a a quality storage building, you can’t buy any better than this.

I would do business again and recommend this company they were very professional and the craftsmanship was great I like how they strip any screws so no one can on do to try and get inside they followed the laws by anchoring the shed and I watched a company put one in next door to us they did not anchor so 2 thumbs up for better built barns

Good quality buildings

Damaged my brand new outdoor water pump faucet moving a tiny home for the people that bought it from me, unfortunately I was not notified they would be on the property. I have made them aware of the damage including photos and now will not respond to phone calls or emails a month later.

Customization was key to my building and they performed it perfectly. They matched the paint color and scheme of my existing barn and customized the interior, electrical, heat and air framing exactly to my specifications. The quality and workmanship were excellent as well as the personal attention and scheduling.

They very quickly completed my customization, and when the building was delivered I was so impressed with the quality of the building. It exceeded my expectations. They did an EXCELLENT job! Also, Martin with Prairie Land did a wonderful job of setting up the building. He spent a lot of time and effort making sure my building was in the proper spot and level. I am so impressed with the service by Better Built Barns and the delivery team! And I am thrilled with the superior quality of my building! It is so satisfying to do business with these people!

Prompt, professional, easy to work with. They moved a building for us, one they had not built, so it was a challenge but they made it look easy. They were meticulous in straightening and leveling it. Would definitely use them again.

Contacted them through email, the first person who responded to me seemed sincere, yet when the owner messaged me, he was abrupt, condescending, and chippy. I had a model of the building I wanted, yet he didn’t try and make any compromises with me at all. “We build portable buildings, and we are busy, busy doing that.” As if I had not researched the company, and what they offer.

I bought my garden shed a couple of years ago. It still looks brand new. The delivery was easy. They put it exactly where I wanted it and leveled it perfectly. I will definitely return if I have another need for a shed or garage.

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company! They’re genuine,helpful, God-fearing, family oriented and an all around blessing. When I was diagnosed with cancer they went above and beyond for myself and my family. They worked with us every step of the way and I will never be able to thank them as much as the deserve.

Now let’s get down to product and professional side of things.. I went in with 4 small children, 4 under 6 actually 😳 they treated me with respect and they made sure to give me all the information I needed. They brought animals over for my children to play with so that I wouldn’t feel overwhelmed. Jeremy explained the whole process to me and made sure I didn’t feel pressured. I went in ready to by a barn and left with a barn ordered and excitement for the next step. They had alot of orders but did get the barn out in a timely matter. Once the product arrived at our land Martin, the delivery gentleman made sure I was completely happy with the placement before setting it perfectly level. The barn is sturdy and extremely well crafted. We have lived in this loft barn as our home for many years and I can assure you, deciding to go with better built is the best choice we’ve ever made!!

Jeremy at Better Built Barns (BBB) helped make my tiny house dream a reality. From planning to construction to problem-solving and delivery/setup, he got the job done. All of our communications were long distance, as I was moving from Minnesota to Oklahoma. So glad I was able to rely on him & the other folks at BBB to listen & follow through. Great workmanship, worked with me on location and were very professional. Delivered on a Friday evening and did not rush the install even though the weekend was starting. I would purchase from them again, and the prices were better than the businesses in the Edmond area.

Very good quality of materials used in the structures. My shed was able to be placed in a spot that I thought might be too small for them to set it up. Have had the building for over a year and still looks new. Very friendly and works with you for delivery.

I looked at many companies to have my home built for my wife all over Oklahoma. I learned many things such as houses converted from pre-built sheds are not built to same standards as having a house built from the ground up. From structure, windows and how the do the outside such as do they set nails deep enough, caulking nail holes and how good is the paint. There is so many variables i found while looking but I decided to look into Better Built Barns in Perkins, Oklahoma and it was the best decision I could have made. I took plans I had made for what I had invision of to Jeremiah who is the owner of this company. He walked me through everything, patient with me through many changes I made up to the time we had them start building our new home. He allowed us to visit them through the building process and to seeing his son’s and other employees taking time to do things right made me understand there was no other choices in a builder if I wanted it done right. We love our new home and soon as they finished and delivered it then we had a new garage/gym built. We will continue to use them for any structures we may want. Go visit them and see for yourself what makes them stand out. Note to add is their delivery/set-up guy Martin knows how to set these up and level your structure to perfection. Jeremiah was great to work with on our 12×28 ft loft barn project. We had a lot of add ons and he worked through these options with us and the project came out amazing. Free delivery and leveling, came out and done much easier and quicker than expected. 8ft section is for tools and lawn mower, the other 20 ft section we built into an Irish pub. So happy with it.

Everyone at Better Built Barns have been a pleasure to do business with. My wife and I provided custom plans for one of there standard cabins, and working with Jeremy was very seamless. The team at Better Built, provided our family with and outstanding, lofted cabin, that I cannot wait to attach to our existing home.
We have an unusual location in the country, tuck-away back in the trees, and with record setting rainfall totals in state history, in the month of May. Jeremy and Martin worked diligently on a 2-day rain break, to navigate our 14x40ft building safety into its final location dealing with washed out county roads, soft ground in the pastures, one-way accesses, ect ect… And delivered the building with a professionalism like no other.

Drove to Perkins to look at their buildings after looking at many local pre-built structures and talking to carpenters. Was impressed with what I saw and ordered a 14′ X 32′ foot garage. In their office, Iddo worked with us to design the building just the way we wanted it. The building was delivered to us in Oklahoma City on a residential street. Jeremy and Albert managed to expertly maneuver the building into the spot we had selected and set it in place. Everyone from BBB was professional and courteous. Neighbors are coming over to look at it after seeing it come down the street! The building is top notch construction and looks great and arrived without a scratch!
I have to add, during the process of researching for a building, pre-built or built in place, I had two carpenters tell me pre-builts were made from cheap materials and low quality. BBB provides a complete material list for your building. I handed it to the carpenters and told them to show me the cheap materials on the list and give me an estimate for them to build the garage with the same quality materials used by BBB. Neither one ever got back to me. Th garage is beautiful, quality and we are very happy with it. A+ for BBB.
